Charles, I don't know about conspiracy theories but the timing was not a coincident. IMHO, he tried to place a dark cloud over MSFT's big day. I did not make much of then but now realize that his actions appeared to be very deliberate. Now in order to offset some of the doubts many feel, he may actually provide a few goodies for MSFT-----just hoping. Additionally, Joel Klein's overseas visits are not appropriate. MSFT has been complaining about it for good reason. Imagine a Japanese government official going to the USA and helping them go after Fuji, Sony, etc... IMHO, Klein is out of control. I hope they boot him out soon.
