Of course we could. My Y2K theory goes like this....Ma and Pa Mutualfundholder want their $$ out of the market before 12/31/99 but they want to get that 15% ROI for as long as possible. "Ma, I think October is too early ...December is too late cuz that's when everyone else will take their money out.......November......yeah, November will work just fine.....we can squeeze a few more dollars out of our investments and still get out 'afore them dern fools that wait till December."

I'd say later in the month tho. That assumption is just based on human psycology though. I don't have any market stats to back it up
