Michelle, are you upset because I refer to you as Michelle? I have no idea if that is your real name. I just remember that when I first noticed, you were posting here as Michelle Harris. I think I have seen others refer to you as Denise. Maybe there are other names. In any case, you have never advised me of any objection. I will be glad to address you in any way you choose. One thing, though -- once you let me know, that's it for me. I have a hard enough time following with the line-up without the players changing their names -- Leading off in the bottom of the eighth, Mark McGui.....sorry, make that Hugh Jordan. Just let me know. If I may; as one with no short history in the courts, I would caution you about thinking you are "immune" to legal threats on the basis of your boyfriend being close to corporate counsel at Cisco. In fact if faced with civil litigation of the sort suggested by JLA, I'm not sure someone in Cisco corporate would be your best bet. Also, as a defendant, you may have trouble finding someone to represent you on spec. Hey, I'm not an attorney -- ask JLA or X -- they could give you a better scoop than me. Best to you ????? Mike
