Do you anticipate TIVO having any impact, positive or negative, on GMST in the future?
Thanks,
PerryA

Uncle Frank,

Stew, I'm a little giddy from today's gmst action. Buckley proclaimed them Gorilla yesterday in no uncertain terms, and Wall Street has responded <g>.

I know. He has the Midas touch. Well deserved I might add.

It looks like a strong earnings run up is in the cards, in spite of the uncertainty related to the merger.

I was left somewhat numb from the merger announcement. It wasn't until I became aware of the underlying licensing agreement that it made sense to me. With the fall-back licensing terms all the uncertainty of the merger goes to TV Guide. I believe the market is starting to value this.

Regards
Stew
