Doc-- The last I heard was they would not change this div, that was last qtr. A small drop was mentioned but not by the company. If a small decrease happens-- well I am still happy with a tad less than 22%. Do not overlook the possibility of stock appreciation with an upgrade or two once the BS is over and a new tenant is paying. If the hotels are sold the stock will fly. If they add more med buildings it goes even farther-- of course the din PERCENTAGE may fall as the payout remains the same for a little while...
