Could you clarify? Is gross financial misrepresentation, or "cooking the books" a criminal offense? Is stealing hundreds of millions of dollars from the public through IPOs and secondaries, when you never actually intended to make a profit or even run a business, then laughing about it with your buddies at "vest fest parties", illegal? If so, you're gonna need one hell of a jail in silicon valley. ----------------------------- As posted before the majority of DOT.COM companies repeatedly violate various laws contained in the Criminal US code and therefore are run by white collar criminals.
