G, MSDW incorporates a clause in its lockup language in most
of its S-1s that permits a partial early lockup with its
written consent. For a recent example, look at Redback. Shares were "unlocked" early (before the expiration of the
standard 180 days) on three different occasions.

I don't see any comprable language in the ICGE S-1.
