Well - they could hardly hide the 1999 number after 3Q came out... but they kept the 2000 outlook in check. Actually - if you believe Strategis (handsets) or Merrill Lynch (mobile networks) the fastest growing digital standard is not what you think it is. But why trust leading international authorities who actually conduct exhaustive, professional market studies? It's more fun reading interest group spin. There is no doubt that people associated with CDMA have been predicting decline in GSM and TDMA growth in very derogatory terms; you only need to read the articles they have written. Don't get coy here. Tero
