or maybe, the judge, knowing that he will decide against MSFT did not want the stock to get too ahead of itself before he sends it back down with his idiotic unfavorable decision. This way he does not look that bad. What I think MSFT should do is issue a press release to its shareholders notifying them that it will, no doubt immediately appeal any unfavorable decision and that it will be business as usual, and that they intend to keep strengthening their position in the technology field. In other words, the case will end up in courts forever until a day when it will all be irrelevant. Just my 2 cents. Sorry for the babble, but MSFT really should not let this DOJ get in the way of progress.
