Bob, IBM didn't mention any die size for Power4, either. Or perhaps they did and I missed it, but I couldn't find anything in my notes or copy of the foils.

Bob, I just heard from someone that Power4 should be able to fit onto a 400 mm2 die. I suppose a good portion of that die area is going to be dedicated toward the cache which will be shared between the two cores.
