FYI, Squire, I left the NY area voluntarily in 1970, and have never considered moving back home.

I've got a spa, a fire pit, an orange tree, a lemon tree, , and a whole bunch of humming birds in my back yard. Oh, and 2 primo seasons tickets to the Niners.

I lived in a high rise in NJ and rooted for the Giants.
