James, it would be appropriate for me to post this at this time because I'm sure there are a few anxious readers out there. I think Tuesday's ticker will probably try to deceive investors into thinking that everyone left the AGM nervous and frustrated...IMO not the case, but there again we didn't have a post AGM of just investors so I don't want to cloud things here with just my thoughts & impression of where this company is headed....So I will say this : I AM NOT A SELLER OF THIS STOCK, I THINK THERE WILL BE SOME ATTENDEES THAT MIGHT ADD TO THEIR POSITIONS ON AN OPPORTUNITY BASIS, I DON'T SEE A MAD RUSH TO THE E TRADE ACCOUNTS TO BUY & OR SELL, I DON'T THINK THEY ARE JUMPING OUT OF WINDOWS...

lol!!!just as I thought the ticker trying to give the impression of disgruntled shareholders... James I sincerely believe that most people are waiting to see the steps that are in place come to fuition. Thats why we invested in thsi company, and it looks like the next 30 - 90 days should be a very fun filled time for Medinah shareholders. Quijano has converted this year's allowed preferred into Common. New Business discussed on the floor and to be considered by the board would be a possible merger with a current, in compliance, already public trading NASDAQ stock. Someone please plug up the toaster, I'm like my shorts toasted....Real KRISPY!!!!
