RTev, you've made some good points. But I don't really consider many of the comments on this thread to be paranoid. Microsoft stock hasn't gone anywhere this year, even though they've delivered stellar earnings and growth. Why did the initial statement from the judge after the earnings announcement say his decision would be given on THAT friday. Then another statement comes out later that it would be SOME friday. If it was a mistake, then they are dumber than I thought, and maybe I am paranoid! -g-
