No,no..they can keep the state capital in Trivandrum, man that place is crawling with useless bureaucrats, on top of that you get all the 'riffraffs' from around the state 'protesting' about something every other day.BTW a friend of mine is the District Superintend of Police over there,I think he got transferred from Neyyatingara last year or so, if you ever get into trouble over there let me know.<vbg>

I went to Catholic school, a long time back, and my experience was bad enuf for me to change schools in the 8th grade even tho my family had used all kinds of influence to get me into the school. Of course things may have changed now since people are more educated and aware.

The school, St. Josephs in Bombay, used all kinds of threats to convert teachers, cane non caths for minor infractions, get money from students families by sending teachers to our houses during the finals, and forcing students to do the cross every morning.

It didnt bother me since I wud just not do the cross. but then they got smart. They wud select one student every day to start off the day by doing the cross. When my turn came, I refused (always been bull headed) and was made to kneel down the whole day. That did it. I changed schools. never did tell my confused family why.

Now adays I understand that they get sued for trying those tactics.

During the election chat on rediff, V.H. Dalmia of the VHP asked how would Christians feel if Hindu charitable organizations used social work to convert Christians to Hinduism. I think the VHP should actually try that before asking the question.

Good point! So far, the only "talent" they have demonstrated is the ability to loot, burn, kill, riot, demolish, assault, and shout.
