Mike, but most of the scientists (even Himmler) on the Axis side were not mad men. I agree on most of the scientists. However Himmler does not in that category, he was definitely far over to the dark side. First he was not a scientist, he was head of the SS. As such he was one of the prime movers in creating the social and moral construct the others lives in. Also it was Himmler who had patio furniture made from the bones and skin of Jews. Not the action of a sane man. Henry
