Some folks didn't like what they heard yesterday (~24,000 shares so far), but my guess is this will just lead to further consolidation to the investors that are going to hold the shares longer, probably through the restricted 1 year time frame. For me the bottom was at ~$1, now that Sitra and Yost are gone, no matter how hard it will be for ANYI to come back, I think ANYI will gradually establish new higher grounds after a brief shake-up this week. Annual meeting is this Friday, anybody going? I assume they will solidify the new board, minus Sitra and Yost (even though they were on the proxie). They may be ale to vote on some other items that we'll not know about until Friday. Anyone know if there will be a way to listen in on the meeting or get a recording of the proceedings? ANYI is starting from scratch right now, all the technical components seem to be sound and in place, which is usually the part that requires the most sweat and tears. Now, they just need to get their new plan in place which should focus on (1) financing and (2) marketing. The credibility problems are totally factored into the stock price at this point IMO (market cap of only 1.375*3M = ~$3.5 million ???), and as credibility increases so will the price. The new stability of the share restriction will help with financing, and new money will help with marketing. Sitra's old trick of marketing through stock hype was truly overplayed. Once a real marketing plan is in place - watch out. Yeah, there's still the risk that ANYI will not be able to find new money, but c'mon, everything internet is finding fianancing these days, why can't Anything Internet? Seriously, I have friends who are finding more than $500 K for internet startups in less than 2 months, for purely speculative brand new ideas. ANYI needs to have some talks with some VCs in New York or SV (not Untegrity Capital either). Anywho, I've got that feeling that I'm one of the few outsiders still holding on to ANYI, which is usually the time when you want to be in something that could really takeoff. I'll check back regularly, but I'm really not to concerned about the short term stock price. If it disappears, oh well, I just hope it does it before December so I can take the tax write-off. Otherwise, my expectations are that if ANYI can continue improving their margins, keep things stable, and find enough cash to get through the next year, I'm looking for a handsome payoff from current levels. BTW - haven't heard from BANY in awhile, kinda which they would just dividend out the 800,000 shares after they are restricted - BANY shares only appear to be worth ~$.12 based on the value of ANYI right now. Unless BANY gets back to the OTC, there's no reason to even try a COMDEX comeback IMO.
