GBIX mgmt, if you're out there, I gave FVCX your name as a web-hoster with its own network (not leased lines like exds), best two-way peering (gheez that sounds like me on RIMM , when it was just RIM.to) in the industry, best streaming media (imo). They would be glad to here from you as video over the i-net is another "application" - in fact, "killer app". They have a video operations centre set up in Calif and your Santa Clara SuperPOP (state of the art) co-location facility is only about 1 mile away... just over the highway and make a left at the bottom. Marc Bell or someone very senior should give Ungerman, Beyer, or Sequeira a call. Get on it.
