Francois, I have rethought everything. This is my story of Softlink. Two CRIMs Ray and Berg started this scheme to begin with. They took their shell and bought an already existing company that nobody wanted and called it Softlink Inc. They made a bundle selling reg s shares offshore way below marked diluting the companies shares. They hired CRIM P.R. firms along the way to pump the stock. The final episode was the 3 million dollars worth of convertible preferred shares. Now that they are done with the stock they did not need to be the transfer agent any more thus the new transfer agent. They did not need the CRIM P.R. guy anymore thus the new reputable P.R. Company. A company with no future since these con men have diluted the shareholder value way beyond repair.

Eric Fader said along time ago the dirtier the company the better it was. The CRIMs Berg and Ray are gone Francois and have left you holding the bag. If you had a copy of the shareholder list you would see that Berg and Ray are gone.

Francois, its getting real gloomy on the Softlink Ragingbull board. Now that the CRIMs are gone desperation is starting to sink in. ragingbull.com Talk of MM conspiracy, no P.R., Technohouse has left the building, and now they are starting to talk about the only thing that will save SFLK is a NASDQ listing which both of us know is near impossible. This was my favorite quote from one poster.

"(mainreason why BB stocks are considered very risky, they don't have to answer to anyone. most BB co's are- pink listed, filing bankruptcy, fraudulant, under SEC investigation, usually making no maney - no decent institution will dare to look at these co's)"

number one reason for NASDAQ listing:

SFLK will no longer be limited to 5 day charts on yahoo!

COME-ON-NOW!!

NASDAQ establishes credibility w/ compulsory reporting requirements, and adherence to regulations.

(mainreason why BB stocks are considered very risky, they don't have to answer to anyone. most BB co's are- pink listed, filing bankruptcy, fraudulant, under SEC investigation, usually making no maney - no decent institution will dare to look at these co's)

NASDAQ changes the game i.e. it's a good thing when a company tries to get listed on NASDAQ.

Tony, watch carefully the trading pattern and Volume...

as we appear to be nearing a change in trend and a reversal, as most shorts are nearing their objectives and the MM's who have accumulated cheap shares, now have to make a Profit by running up the stock again...

SFLK is fraud. check out netusa (NTSA) and see what william
juan really did with the company.
the investors (insider sellers) were probably all his friends and then they transferred the money to him.

what a joke. I lost a lot of money but I won't complain cause I should have known better.
I don't even want a response from you so called "experts"
just look at the price.
I will learn to live with my losses.
