Francois, I have rethought everything. This is my story of Softlink. Two CRIMs Ray and Berg started this scheme to begin with. They took their shell and bought an already existing company that nobody wanted and called it Softlink Inc. They made a bundle selling reg s shares offshore way below marked diluting the companies shares. They hired CRIM P.R. firms along the way to pump the stock. The final episode was the 3 million dollars worth of convertible preferred shares. Now that they are done with the stock they did not need to be the transfer agent any more thus the new transfer agent. They did not need the CRIM P.R. guy anymore thus the new reputable P.R. Company. A company with no future since these con men have diluted the shareholder value way beyond repair. Eric Fader said along time ago the dirtier the company the better it was. The CRIMs Berg and Ray are gone Francois and have left you holding the bag. If you had a copy of the shareholder list you would see that Berg and Ray are gone.
