I saw the release about the filing. I know that this raised some questions on RB. I read the response of KAA, but am still a little puzzled. I'm sure all will be cleared up on the 13th. As I recall the original announcement was that we had made the Clickgarden purchase with 250,000 shares. Now it appears that we only gave 125,000 right away, and that somehow there are another 125,000 being held for future financing of some sort. Don't know if the have the right to the second 125,000 if we decide not to pursue the additional 2,500,000 financing. Guess when, and if we need to know, we will. I have sent the original PR to my computer-literate son for review. He indicated over the phone that there could be potential (the way I tried to explain it). Hopefully, he will tell me more if he has a chance to really look in to it. Rich
