Thanks for the note Michael. I read the release earlier this morning. Seeing your note reminded me that I have been meaning to ask you a couple of questions. I would appreciate it if you could attempt to answer wherever possible. 1) When will this acquisition close and when is ISD expecting it to add to earnings? Will it be dilutive in the short term? 2) As far as Caduceon is concerned, where in the development cycle is the product that they are to demo in Ontario in mid-november? Is it a prototype, is it ready for mass production? Have they sold any units in advance? 3) When does IDS feel that this product may add to earnings? 4) When will MiningOnline and GeoPhysicsOnline be officially rolled out? What sort of revenue/earning predictions are forecasted for the online business? Thanks in Advance Frank Ferrari
