Once again, SUBSTANTIAL news showing our little guppy swimming with the whoppers of industry & govt at the cutting edge of the pool. I've developed enough of a cynical edge about the market's reaction to this type of news that I expect us to have a tiny little spike before closing down a fraction. VERT, on the other hand, will probably be awarded a couple of point gain on the news of progress in the development of international b2b trade protocals. And so it goes.... drip.
