This probably adds to the universe of prospective buyers and holders of Intel. Various pension, bank trusts and individual investors still harbor delusions about the relative safety of the NYSE and DOW stocks vs the upstart NASDAQ and American Exchange. This will enable a new, well-heeled set of owners to acquire Intel and Microsoft. Hard to see how this hurts.
