Wow, a pre-toutfest tout! (Robbers & Stealers are having their fall tout-fest Nov 1-3.) Our favorite CEO spoke at last year's SIA dinner. He needs to elbow his way to the microphone again if he wants to see the stock hit the 20-DMA (68.6 today, dropping about 3/4 point a day) before it hits the 200-DMA (57, just peaking now and starting to drop). The CPQ news and the SoundView tout-fest (and possibly the Prudential show-and-tell) are now "priced in", and this might be the third day in a row we've seen the high for the day in the first half-hour and a close near the low. That's a downtrend.
