LOL...they finally got my positions straightened out. Now my history file is all messed up. Duplicate, triplicate and in one case 4 entries for the same trade. Options that I 'bought to open' they show I 'sold to open', etc. etc. They still haven't credited me for the commissions they overcharged me but they're not questioning it so I guess that will come sometime this week. I'm just getting a little burned out on this 'the customer must donate 15 minutes to a half hour of time each day until we decide we're going to straighten this out' attitude I'm getting. You shouldn't have to call in the same problem 4 straight days in a row.
