Hello Robert. For the last couple of years on this thread and others anti gold posters have been saying that Gold is in direct competition with paper funny money and to save the world from financial disaster its ok to manipulate the price of gold to prove to us all how worthless gold is as a currency. I wonder if these anti-gold people ever stop and think for just a moment that it is them as well as the rest of us that are being manipulated and they like the rest of us are becoming more powerless each day to stop the ongoing destruction of personal freedom. IMO the would be rulers of the world ( could be CBs? ) don't give a crap about money they can print whatever they need they only care about its value as a weapon to control us the slobs. Gold in my mind represents some kind of freedom I can't explain why it just does so when CBs get together and make an announcement that appears to help the price of gold rise I can only wonder how this will help them better control us slobs. How about this. After all the CBers have done to support gold in the last month and it still fails ( through manipulation of course ) it would be obvious to all that gold is dead. On the other hand if gold should enter a sustained rally the CBs would look like hero's and still be in control of all us poor slobs. Ah well lets look on the bright side ?? maybe those that believe in manipulation can tell us what's on the bright side. Take care Lorne
