Tony - RE: "Aren't essentially all PCs bought at retail, over the Internet, or from companies like Inacom (by corporate, but that's dwindling)?"

If you see it that way, you STILL have to wait to get 733 Coppermine systems from your beloved IBM and Dell.

People focus on Pricewatch because it allows them to assess availability of a product, of which there is NONE with Coppermine.

"When do you think AMD might be invited over to the DOW for tea?"

Bah! We don't need your stinkin' tea. ;)

Intel and Microsoft should have been added a few years ago...

Tony,
RE:"When do you think AMD might be invited over to the DOW for tea?"

Despite the BS launch, today is a great day for Intel, being added to the DOW. Unfortunately this wasn't done years ago. In which case it would have been a much greater positive on the index.

That said, we are discussing the CuMine launch, which appears to be in the boat with the Athlon launch 4 months ago. What is you're opinion?
