Makes about as much sense as me telling you that if you give me a few million bucks to help me launch my new business then once I become operational I'll start to pay you back and even donate a bunch to charity.

Now correct me if I'm wrong Jeff. But is this not what the entire stock market is? Does not EVERY public company do this?

Did not Bill Gates sell stock to raise capital to expand MSFT when it was a new company with only a new idea behind it?

Did not AMZN issue a Millions of shares to buy out other companies?

Do you have any assets you would like to donate to a company for free?

Is this not what you are asking Don Blackburn to do when you talk about dilution? Give away his assets for free?

If the shares go for assets I don't see the dilution you do. It is a private assets going public.
