Well, from a long term perspective, I would argue. OA is critical to N-X future success, and is a key ingredient in their "innovation".

Unless of course, this is a step in selling everything.

Then, we get $1 Billion+ for OA, $1 Billion+ for NAC holdings (in 12-18 months), $1 Billion+ for Zuma (also in 12-18 months), $1 Billion+ for HC (say in 12 months), $1 Billion+ for CW (same 12-18 months), and another $1 Billion+ for N+X after Red-C and Linux start rolling (6-12 months).

That's a lot of Billions, but that is what the market would pay in a sale of the pieces individually.
