I have not been able to download the pdf from the Key Labs test site. I would appreciate knowing if it can be done and someone e-mailing to me if they can. I am very interested in the objective basis for their grading system on the switch comparison.

My reading of the disclaimer at the bottom of the "Executive Summary" under the section "Trademark Notice" is that none of the trademarks or names in the report should imply a sponsoring or affiliation with Key Labs. This would make this a factual report rather than an advertisement. Granted it is apparently a factual report comparing Brocade's newest switch with an older Ancor switch. Some of the criticisms of the Ancor switch actually seem implausible based on how their older generation switches perform (eg at Amoco, IBM GS,etc.).
