I participated in General Instruments spinoffs of I got one share of GIC and ~2/3 share of CTV and ~2/3 share of SEM for every share of GIC stock that I orginaly had. The company did not sell any shares to the public the stocks just began trading on their own. I don't think that will happen here but one could only hope to have MRVC, OA, ZUMA, and whatever other startups they wish to spinoff. Then the secondary market will bid them up to unbelievable levels (One can only dream).
