Wally: Here is the Fed. New Walmart Monetary Policy: One Fed. Governor greets you to make you feel at home and to drop your guard. Another does a price check on your goods and increases the price five fold before you check out. Another takes your money after you have waited in line for five hours (so much for productivity gains)-- please, high interest rate credit cards only. And the last Governor stands at the exit and confiscates whatever you bought and tells you to have a nice day as you leave the store empty handed.
