Pete,

Nothing quite like a good 4 day run and crash. Reminds me of the Orgas days in BANY.

I would think it is start over time......

ANYI needs a half million dollars. I think they bend over and do a PP for 50 cents per share...or something. Perhaps restrict them.

Better yet......take the strike price on the warrants to 50 cents.....call them....and get rid of them. At least they get $400,000 in cash.

Do you like this idea....<g>

The same PP people can buy all of the shares out there for another hundred thousand or so......and it will be a done deal. 8 people and BANY will own the stock.

Hope to see the plan soon.......I see no rebound until then....just money worries.

bg

I dunno, the selling seems endless. Nice neat blocks of 500 and 1000 that come in coordinated groups. I still think these are shares that Sitra somehow made available to someone (Untegrity) and we'll find out later than perhaps they sold short against $1 (or less) options that they may or may not already have in their posession. Nobody seems to be able to explain all this selling, I don't see any other possibility than Sitra. It certainly doesn't seem like ANYI had a tight hold on what he was up too, they may not find out exactly what he was up to unitl he's long gone. Anyone actually exepct him to do anything helpful for the company now? Yeah right.

This selling is really endless, if it ever stops ANYI can begin to regroup, but things really look dim for the annual meeting this Friday. What can ANYI do about Sitra? The SEC certainly can't seem to do anything. He was accused of bailing out of JAWS while he was touting it, and he profitted by getting out early while nobody had a clue he was selling - the SEC charged him, but nothing has ever come of it. What will happen if he's doing the same thing right now?
