Removing the overburden is a small cost since it is nothing more than dirt. It will be a very low cost mining operation. As for the chromimum attached to the titanium both Rio Tinto the #1 producer of titanium and Lakefield research have said that it is not a problem to seperate it you just have to use flotation method. Which the other lab did not have.
