Steve, Hi!! RE: I guess that DELL will be on the DJIA next?! Could be a possibility...Yet, what I really want is DELL to be removed from the stigma that goes with being a PC manufacturer...The "industry wide problems" have mainly been caused by DELL...Frequently DELL has forced the others into moves that have proven to be futile...As WBM has stated many times..."the game is over"...the street hasn't figured this out yet...The manipulators continue to play games and drive the small investor out of DELL...What really has been occurring this past year is a strategy where many have not understood some well placed comments made by DELL management...Certainly others are listening to the Dan Niles manipulation bs and not focusing on advice that has been offered ....We should not forget: 1. CPQ going direct...."WE FIND THIS AMUSING" 2. "WE WILL TAKE PAIN TO CAUSE MUCH PAIN" 3. "those that sell DELL will be sorry"...Kevin Rollins 4. "what most folks haven't figured out yet is DELL is just getting started in here"...Tom Meredith DELL has beaten the others and the misperceptions still run amuck...It boils down to listening to the naysayers or believing in what management has told us...Or perhaps just remembering that one conversation between Michael and Mort...
