Any ideas Tax loss selling..

Mutual funds with gains and +transactions at the beginning of the year are looking for stocks they can sell (with losses) right now to counterbalance the capital gains made earlier in the year.

Newbridge is one of those stocks whose price is now lower than it was earlier in the year - thus the selling pressure for the rest of the week.

Rob: You mistake comment for protests. I always advice new Investors not to fight the tape but to learn to take advantage of it.

We were on a down leg and neither the Analysts or the Board can turn that around.
