If a business buys a Compaq Athlon system does that register as a home user purchase? The only way I could configure an Athlon system was to go to "Home and home office computing".

Compaq might argue that the business segment has suffered from Y2K. To me it looks like in this case the "Y2K slowdown" is actually that businesses have realised that the "home" systems are better value.
