Hello Frank. Almost every day CNBC brings out the latest rumor late in the session. Today it was that the non farm employment number on Thursday will be huge. Something over 500.000 jobs created. Solomon Smith Barney, I believe, is the source. Even if that is true, I believe that I heard correctly that the avg. monthly fig. would still be only 200.000. No big deal. But of course immed. chaos. gg.

Yes. CPQ did well. Came in 2 cents better after having revised earnings estimates. Sonki's newly purchased leaps look good with CPQ at 20 in after hours.

AOL took a dive in after markets after EBAY's earnings report. That looked alright only if you took the interest made in consideration. AOL was down to around 117.

Looks like we could have more choppy markets in the next cpl of weeks.

I did alright until AOL tanked some more.

Too bad Intel lost most of their gains. I understand that the trading floor was disappointed that they did not get polled on what should go into the DJIA. Those traders mentioned that LU would have been a good choice and AOL was supposedly discussed as a possible candidate but the company was deemed too young. Full of crockpot.
