LG, thanks...it's more or less the answer i expected after looking at the '74 bear. btw, i believe the absolute number of new lows is far from hitting extremes, due to the larger number of listed stocks and the relatively high representation of bond funds on the new lows list, which are currently under severe pressure and just follow the bond lower. i guess a lasting low in the market will be accompanied by some sort of divergence in the number of new lows.
