Yogi, I don't know if you will be o.k. on Compaq or not, as the revenues were a disaster and the "better than expected" eps still stank to high heaven. I hope you get out o.k. I have little interest in the stock now that its so cheap.

I also drop by the old SI now and then and pick up messages that don't get over here.

If I didn't have anything better to do than read the thread from day one, I would commit seppuku. <g>

I don't understand. Do you mean that replies from the old SI (which I'm still using) sometimes don't get sent to users of the new SI?

Tom

Yogi I get notified on both SIs, if I look at one inbox it
dissappears from the other. On the new SI, and incoming messages
get deleted automatically when I read them - no "To me" folder to be found. Also I've had several reply failures on the new SI. So
I may have to copy, go find the post on old SI, then paste.
At 19 I think CPQ is washed out and maybe nowhere to go but up,
but if it doesn't pop tomorrow watch out for tax selling, don't
get very weighted in it. For clobbered stocks with bouyant upside
and better fundies look in aerospace, ie CDD, ORB, GD, ST. CDD may have begun its rebound towards 40 and maybe comes back in Nov sub-30s.
