Both parties for reasons known to them have not inform their shareholders on the progress of the lawsuit.Xillix in my opinion should respect their shareholders and release any sort of press release either bad or good.Like I mention before the evidence against Olympus is solid but Xillix war funds is awful low.The worst case scenerio is that Olympus drags this thru the courts hoping that Xillix will settle for any monetary judgements.
