I know, have you ever seen a double hung door on an airplane? We could invent one, and push him out with the top one closed, and then just slide him under the bottom.

To keep him from squealing all the way down, we could stick the banner in his mouth.

As for "Where" what do you think? Do you think we could hold out until Hawaii? Maybe into Puna's active volcano.
