Not at all. Don Blackburn is ORXX. It is his assets that are being brought public through ORXX shell.

That is how the market works. A private company or assets makes a deal with a shell and goes public. They then own the company.

They are taking a risk too. Going public. If the business is not successful they lose their assets. They have no time to sell the stock issued for the assets because it is restricted for at least a year.

But they also have much to gain going public. Their assets will trade at many times their private value if the company is successful. That is the main reason private assets go public. That is their risk, reward ratio.

Did you find it disturbing that Bill Gates was recommending his operating system to MSFT?

I don't it was his company that went public. He calls the shots. The investors are just along for the ride. If the company is successful they make money. If unsuccessful they lose money. Risk,reward is what the stock market is.
