Thank you, Gopher. I can't find any fault with either system. Both are very compelling solutions. Compaq has the edge in price, while Dell has the edge in reputation for service and quality. (This is my own opinion, so don't flame me.)

I noticed that the Compaq system didn't include a 15" monitor like the Dell system did, so I guess that would add like about $150 to Compaq's price. I doubt that's enough to make a difference, though.
