LOL amazing. I'm convinced Barnum was underestimating. You can exchange $25 for $100? I know some guys from my old neighbourhood in Brooklyn who used to offer the same 'service'. But the going rate back then was 20 for 100. But you could get 10 for 100 if you bought in bulk. I love the quotes. I can just see the NBC Nightly News using the phrase 'most wealthiest'. I'd love to know what kind of secret decoder ring they send the shnooks who sign up. :)
