SOROS
I'm sure your comments are more welcomed than you may think.
I was surely part of the party (this thread) on the way up. Made a bunch and re-bought. Now the market is sour. I don't have the finesse you show by being in cash. Too tough to time. Nice job.
What disturbs me is the Motley Fool comments. I agree with your interpretation. I didn't (my wife did) make the IOM boo-boo. When the 'ultimate' cheerleaders head for the parking lot to, perhaps, look for a cuter player the flock becomes anxious at least. We'll be last to know who she chooses.
Your comment on brokerage 'free' advice has been presented by others on other boards concerning many stocks . I have had experience with them and your basic premise, IMO, is true. Look at Tice and TYC. Not a broker, but what power.
I do believe, however, that the company is in beginning stages. MSFT, INTC added to DOW is, to me, indicative of where we, as tech investors, are headed.
At this point I am willing to take the risk with my CSCO, AOL,INKT, EMC etc. because the growth will not be in ciggie butts, underwear, or, as determined by DOW changes, in "old' growth stocks.
This is perhaps all BS but I wanted to acknowledge your comments.
Peace
Craig
