Isn't the problem with listing MSFT on the NYSE that the insider/option redemption sales would be capped at a figure that is too low because of the trading volume formula that's used to determine how many shares can be sold by those cashing in their stock options? And since 1 NASDAQ share traded results in about 2.4 shares being recorded on average, that significantly boosts how many shares insiders and employees can unload. I thought I read in this thread last month that employees and directors are sitting on 80 or 90 billion dollars worth now...
