we found that it was a problem on the NAVI ipo.. everyone who called in seemed to get shares. Those of us early to reconfirm at the web site never got allocations or even rejection notices.. until 2 days later.. (only rejection notices). So to be sure, tonight I reconfirmed at the website, and called a broker, and had him double check the reconfirm time and amount.. it seemed to work this time.

A similar situation happen with NAVI, and phone in reconfirmation showed a abnormally higher increase in allocations. There have also been documented incidents where IOI's and reconfirmations did not even show in ETrade records according to the which rep you might have spoken to. It is hard enough getting allocations without unknown variables on ETrade's part. Good luck with PRDS 4-Bob
