psp's - 401K plans, more shares/options to "dish" out so more of the good talent stays, options now in the money, etc..

I'm no accounting wizzard I confess to that...maybe BS schooling will come in handy here if he can put down the pom poms for a moment..<GGG> My gut tells me he was a guy cheerleader in HS? BS..??
