Message 10374215 So if I had 10,000 shares of JNNE I would retain 10,000 shares in it and as the example you gave would get 7,200 shares of spinoff. Not bad. Even if the Spinoff does bad you still have 10,000 shares of JNNE. What is the downside. Is it that if the spinoff does bad.Than JNNE will do bad. So its a double loss. thank you.

Perhaps we could all chip in and buy him a used text on investment basics as it does not look like he will have as much as two nickels to rub together in a very short time. I was going to suggest mutual funds, but I am concerned that he may not qualify.
