not abrupt, just based on what happened today, my orignial thoughts for gold are somewhat in doubt. i expected the move to be faster to the upside but after today, it will more likely be a slower start. that's fine and is probably more healthy in the long run. just have to see. it cna still turn up hard int he next couple days, but if it closes the week down big like this... 275 or so, here we come. i still hold my shares and haven't sold them. just sittinga nd taking my dividends liek i was before.
